Thank you for the interest shown in registering with Hurricanes Academy.

By Signing Up Below I/We understand:

There is a significant time commitment to train.
Most practices and games are mandatory. Missing practices and games will affect training time.
Coaches may hold some training in the offseason. While these practices are not mandatory, every effort should be made to attend in order to avoid missing training.
I/We the parent(s) hereby give my/our child approval to train in any/all activities with Hurricanes Academy.
I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation in training and I/We do herby waive, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Hurricanes Academy and other participants.
I/We understand Medical insurance will NOT be provided by the Hurricanes Academy.
I/We will furnish a certified birth certificate upon request.
Registration fee: R800 (includes kit and affiliation fees).
Monthly fee: R500.
Football Training (Wednesday 17h00 - 19h00) and (Saturday 09h00 - 11h00).
Basketball Training (Friday 14h00 - 16h00) and (Saturday 09h00 - 11h00).
Netball Training (Saturday 09h00 - 11h00).
Tennis Training (Saturday 09h00 - 11h00).
Other Sports Training (Saturday 09h00 - 11h00).

I the undersigned am willing that my child should participate in sport hosted by Laam Sportz t/a Hurricanes Academy and give my consent that if an emergency medical situation arises, the organization/club may act on my behalf. If the need arises for administration of first aid and/or other medical treatment which in the opinion of a qualified medical practitioner may be necessary. I also understand that in such circumstances that all reasonable steps are made. I agree to assume all risks and expenses due to an injury that might occur as a result of my child's involvement in competitive sports, games and/or travel to and from activities performed at Hurricanes Academy or anyone acting on its behalf either as a coach, coaching assistant or administrator harmless in the event of any injury to my child while participating under supervision of the above. As per POPIA, do you allow Laam Sportz t/a Hurricanes Academy to use footage of your child if they happen to be in any of the content shot during Training/Trials/Match day. Our content is uploaded onto our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
